Welcome to Longevity Lab—we’re excited to have you. These Terms & Conditions explain how our business operates and what you agree to when you become a member. By signing up, you agree to abide by the policies below.


1. Membership & Payments

  • Our standard membership is $600, billed every 4 weeks through Stripe. This fee may change at any time. If it does, we’ll inform you in person before your next billing cycle.

  • We also charge an onboarding fee, which may change at any time. This fee becomes non-refundable once you approve(verbally or signed) your personalized longevity plan after your consultation.

  • All payments are processed securely. If your payment fails, we’ll reach out to resolve the issue. Ongoing nonpayment may result in a pause or cancellation of your membership.


2. Cancellations & No-Shows

  • If you can’t attend a scheduled session, please let us know ahead of time so we can manage the group effectively.

  • We do not offer makeup sessions. This policy ensures our coaching remains high-quality and that all members receive consistent service and support.


3. Suspension or Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your membership if:

  • You fail to make your membership payments

  • You disrupt sessions or interfere with other members’ experience

  • You mistreat other clients or staff

  • You damage property at the facility

We’re committed to creating a safe, respectful, and professional environment for everyone.


4. Health & Responsibility

  • By joining Longevity Lab, you confirm that you are physically capable of participating in our training programs and have consulted a doctor if needed.

  • You understand that all physical activity carries some level of risk. You accept full responsibility for your health and safety while training.

  • Longevity Lab and its staff are not liable for any injuries, health conditions, or medical issues that may occur during participation.


5. Privacy & Communication

  • We collect basic personal and payment information to manage your membership and communicate with you.

  • All billing is handled through Stripe for your security.

  • We may reach out to you with schedule updates, service changes, or offers.

  • We run Facebook ads and may follow up with you if you’ve provided your information through one of our ads or online forms.

  • Sales consultations are conducted via Zoom.

  • These Zoom calls may be recorded for internal training and quality assurance.

  • By scheduling or participating in a call, you consent to being recorded for those purposes.


6. Photo & Video Consent

  • We occasionally take photos or videos during sessions for use on our website and social media. If you prefer not to be included in any media, just let us know in person.


7. Respect & Conduct

All members are expected to:

  • Treat staff and fellow members with respect

  • Use equipment safely and responsibly

  • Help maintain a clean and positive environment

We do not tolerate disrespectful behavior or anything that disrupts the training experience.


8. Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated as our business evolves. If we make changes—especially related to fees—we’ll let you know in person before they take effect.


9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to its conflict of law rules.

Any disputes, claims, or legal proceedings arising from or related to these terms must be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Houston County, Alabama. You consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

  • This campaign is used to send appointment confirmations and links, account information, product information, marketing messages, help requests, webchat widget responses, plus opt-in and opt-out confirmations.

  • You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the shortcode. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
